Priced at $63 per person, and paired with three margaritas, dinner consists of four dishes:
Start with Bocadillo, Salmon Ceviche with guava and pico de gallo, paired with Adobo’s Margarita, a blend of Tequila Blanco, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Gran Gala.
Antojito is Ancho Pepper, stuffed with al pastor pork Guajillo salsa, paired alongside the Papaya Margarita, made with Tequila Reposado, honey papaya, Cointreau liquor, and lime juice.
Next enjoy Platillo - Carne Asada, a flank steak with ay carumba potatoes, and tomato habanero salsa, with the Guava Margarita, comprised of Tequila Añejo, lemon-lime, and Grand Manier liquor.
Finally, delight with Crepa con cajeta with plantains, served paired with a tasting of Tequila Blanco, Reposado and Añejo, and house-made tequila.
The featured tequila for February’s dinner is Herradura, made in the middle of Mexico’s tequila region – Amatitan, Jalisco. Herradure brand tequilas are made with agave hearts roasted in clay ovens and fermented with wild yeast.
