The Mexican eatery will feature an exclusive menu, available from Thursday, January 11th to Sunday, January 21st.
Priced at $24 per person, with the option to add a margarita for $8, the pre fixe includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert!
Appetizers include:
Salbutes de Pollo: Achiote marinated chicken tostadas, sour cream, fresco cheese, pickled onions
Tilapia ceviche: Citrus marinated mahi mahi, avocado, zucchini, corn, tomatillo broth
Flautas de Papa: Crispy taquitos, ancho salsa, sour cream, fresco cheese
Entrée options feature:
Pechuga Adobada: Adobo marinated grilled chicken breast, roasted potatoes, spinach, ancho salsa
Poc Chuc: Achiote marinated grilled pork loin; molcajete salsa
Enchiladas: Chicken enchiladas basted in mole rojo, sour cream, cheese, beans
Tilapia Allá Talla: Guajillo-marinated pan seared salmon, roasted potatoes, green beans, poblano salsa
And for dessert:
Chocolate tamal: Vanilla bean ice cream, dried cherries, and chocolate sauce
