The Collector's Pour at Champagne Row - Midleton Whiskey | St. Patrick's Day
Champagne Row is devoted to the world’s most revered and rare beverages. The Collector’s Pour is our limited tasting series spotlighting iconic producers and exceptional releases.
For one evening, we turn our focus to Ireland in celebration of Chicago’s St. Patrick’s Day traditions. Join us in the Park Hyatt Chicago Library for an intimate Midleton Whiskey Tasting led by a Midleton distiller.
Limited to six guests per seating, the experience features one-ounce pours of Midleton Very Rare 2023, Barry Crockett Legacy, and Forêt de Tronçais — rare selections seldom offered as individual tastings. Each whiskey is complemented by a thoughtfully prepared culinary pairing.
The evening begins with Champagne, honoring the spirit of Champagne Row and celebrating two of the world’s most revered luxury spirits.
