Pantene Diner on Wheels - Chicago
Country pop star and Knoxville native, Kelsea Ballerini, made waves as the star of Pantene’s campaign for ‘Fixins for Country Fried Hair.’ Following its success, Pantene is hitting the road to bring their favorite fixins for hair woes to the public through their Hair Fixins Diner on Wheels – stopping in Chicago!
