Summer Solstice Reiki + Restorative Immersion
This deeply calming experience blends fully supported restorative yoga, guided meditation, Reiki energy healing, crystal bowl sound, breath awareness, and candlelit relaxation to support nervous system balance and energetic renewal. As you settle into restorative postures, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation while receiving intentional Reiki and immersive healing sound designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore inner balance.
Inspired by the grounding energy of seasonal ritual, this immersive evening offers a gentle opportunity to pause from the constant movement of daily life and reconnect to your breath, your body, and the rhythms of the season.
