We learn that everything we do matters, on or off the yoga mat.” Yoga Postures You will learn how to use correct alignment in your yoga postures, what to look for in terms of safety in the poses and variations to share with beginning students. You will also learn how to transition correctly from pose to pose so your sequences have a sense of flow and purpose! Anatomy You will be guided through an in depth look into the human anatomy with an experienced anatomy teacher! The skills and knowledge covered in this course will become a solid platform to build confidence in your work with your body and the bodies you teach! Breathwork Throughout this training you will practice and learn numerous breathing techniques and concepts to deepen your practice on and off of the mat! Yoga Philosophy This yoga teacher training will explore the science and philosophy behind the origins of the traditional yoga practice in a way that is relatable to how we live in our modern era. Each session you will be exposed to a myriad of ideas and techniques on how to practice balance of body, mind and soul in the life we share today. Energetics Chakras, meditation techniques, and the subtlety of being will be a cornerstone for learning throughout this training.
