Vinci’s February Wine Dinner will take place on Wednesday, February 12th as the Lincoln Park Italian restaurant partners with Zeni Wines.
Dinner begins with Baccala Mantecato, a traditional Venetian dish made from salt cod, paired with Zeni Soave known for its light body, crisp acidity, and subtle floral and almond notes. The next course consists of Risotto with peas, fennel, and radicchio, enjoyed alongside Zeni Wines’ Valpolicella, a fresh and well-balanced wine with flavors of ripe black cherry, red currant, plum and fresh earth mix with ground anise and white pepper notes. The main course includes Chicken with Polenta and Veggies. Zeni Amarone, a stylish and elegant sip with notes of preserved fruits and hints of cocoa and spices, pairs perfectly with the evening’s main attraction.
And for dessert, savor Dolce chocolate raspberry cake, drenched in a raspberry sauce.
