On Wednesday, April 9th, join Vinci for the restaurant’s April Wine Dinner featuring Rondineto Wines.
Start the evening with Stuffed Mussels, with bread and cheese, accompanied by Passerina. Passerina wine has notes of white flowers, white-fleshed fruits like peach and melon, and citrus accents. The next course consists of Spaghetti en Cartoccio, known as Spaghetti in parchment. Guests will enjoy this dish with a glass of Pinot Nero, with hints of red fruits and violet flowers. The evening’s main course is Roast Pork and Pork Belly, with kale and roasted potatoes, paired alongside Montepulciano d’Abruzzo Riserva wine, with a taste of fruit, spices, and plenty of tannins.
For dessert, delight in cheesecake with macerated fruits. Dinner begins at 7:00pm.
