Join us for Trick-or-Trail, a fun-filled fall event featuring a 5K and 1-mile Fun Run on the scenic Sytz Family Trail System at the Warlick Family YMCA in Gastonia, NC! Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a family-friendly activity, we have something for everyone. The trail covers over 3 miles and is great for participants at all levels. Our 1-mile Fun Run is a friendly race involving participants participating for their enjoyment rather than competition.
YMCA Members - $30
Non-YMCA Members - $40
Racing not for you? no problem! Don't miss out on the after-party fun, which is FREE and open to the public! This exciting celebration includes a bouncy house, basketball hoops, corn hole games, delicious s'mores, pumpkin decorating, cotton candy, and a variety of vendors.
Dress up in your favorite costume and enjoy the crisp autumn air alongside friends and family.
