On Friday, November 21 at 7:00 PM, VT takes on Georgia in the 704 Outdoor Faceoff at Truist Field. Last season’s outdoor game was one for the record books — Virginia Tech shut out North Carolina 6–0. This year’s matchup with Georgia promises even more excitement. Now in their 40th season, the Hokies compete in the D2 Premier Division of the ACCHL. While the team plays its home games at the Lancerlot Sports Complex on select weekends, this outdoor showdown in Charlotte is a special opportunity for the Hokies to showcase their talent on a national stage, as the game will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
