Celebrate Thanksgiving at Steak 48
Steak 48 will be open Thanksgiving and have special extended hours, opening early at 12pm. Along with the full Steak 48 menu of all your favorites like fresh seafood and highest quality USDA Prime Steaks.
Chef Heather King will also be carving up turkey and serving elevated versions of all your favorite Thanksgiving staples including:
+Roasted turkey (sourced from a North Carolina farm)
+Black Truffle Cabernet Pan Gravy
+Seared Roasted Carrots in a maple syrup, brown butter and apple cider reduction
+Classic Holiday Cranberry Sauce
