Join us for an unforgettable Savor Charlotte Beer Dinner at Pilot Brewing on Saturday, March 21st at 6:30 PM, hosted in collaboration with Edwin’s Organix.
This one-night-only experience features 5 thoughtfully paired beers and 4 chef-driven courses, showcasing the creativity, intention, and care that define both Pilot Brewing and Edwin’s Organix. Each beer will be highlighted throughout the evening to complement the flavors on the plate and elevate every course.
As part of Savor Charlotte, this dinner celebrates the city’s vibrant culinary community through immersive dining experiences, curated menus, and collaborations with local tastemakers—bringing people together over great food and drink.

Appetizers
Spicy tuna crispy rice
Tostada de steak – steak tartare
Course One Roasted miso butter cabbage, smothered in cauliflower macha Veracruz cream sauce, topped with deep-fried outer cabbage leaves and Parmesan
Course Two Sous vide Argentinian sea bass, pan-seared and served with tomato guajillo sauce, creamy cauliflower mashed potatoes, and broccolini
Dessert Blue cheese Basque cheesecake topped with blackberry wine sauce
