Join us for an unforgettable culinary collaboration as Chef Edwin of Edwin’s Organix teams up with Chef Samantha Enriquez of La India Cuisine for a flavorful Paella Pop-Up at Pilot Brewing!
Enjoy two seating options — 2:00 PM or 5:30 PM — and experience a menu inspired by the vibrant flavors of Spain, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Pair your meal with a Pilot pint for the perfect Sunday afternoon. 🍺✨
🍽️ Tickets are available in advance and highly recommended — only a limited amount will be reserved for walk-ups, and we expect this event to sell out quickly!
