Join us for an interactive Savor Charlotte Cooking Class & Tortilla Making Demo, hosted by Edwin’s Organix at Pilot Brewing.
This hands-on experience will guide guests through the preparation of chicken tinga, a traditional Mexican dish originating from Puebla. Chicken tinga features tender shredded chicken simmered in a savory, smoky, and slightly spicy sauce made with tomatoes, chipotle peppers in adobo, and sliced onions. Alongside the cooking class, guests will enjoy a live demonstration on how to make fresh tortillas from scratch.
Each ticket includes:
A guided cooking class on chicken tinga
A tortilla-making demonstration
One chicken tinga taco made with your freshly prepared tortilla
One chicken tinga tostada
To round out the experience, Pilot Brewing will offer $3 draft beer options & $5 Margaritas, thoughtfully selected to pair with the flavors of the dish—making this the perfect low-key, flavor-forward date night or midweek treat.
