Forage & Feast at North Corner Haven
While you’re on the farm, you’ll be guided through an intro to forest foraging, gourmet mushrooms and learn how to cultivate edible mushrooms in your own backyard. Following the workshop we will enjoy a four course fungi forward feast featuring seasonal items created by Chef Joy Turner of North Corner Haven.
Tickets include:
• Guided Foraging experience in our 500+ acre mixed hardwood forest
• Mushroom Log workshop led by Field and Forage Farms and Proper Flower
• Cultivated Shiitake Mushroom Log to take home with you
• Fungi forward feast includes cocktail hour with beer and wine + four course dinner plated in The Cedar Barn
*All Supplies and safety equipment provided, dress code is outdoor casual – we’re headed into the woods! This event is rain or shine. $195 per person inclusive of applicable tax. Tickets are Non Refundable however they can be transferred should the need arise.
