Gluten Freedom at Monday Night Brewing!
The Monday Night team is shutting down the kitchen to ensure a complete cleaning of the oven, kitchen, and prep station.
PIZZA: Our Neapolitan pizza kitchen will be serving up our pies with 100% gluten-free dough, nearly indecipherable from our regular light and airy crust (save for the exclusion of gluten!).
BEERS: We'll be pouring Sans, our gluten-free Belgian Saison.
100% GF: We will be providing 100% gluten-free service for this one day only. As many people with a gluten intolerance know it's tough for a pizza place to manage cross contamination. For that reason our team is shutting down the kitchen the night before to do a total cleaning of our oven, kitchen, and prep-station. Gluten be gone (for a day)!
Gluten Freedom Night is an endeavor close to our hearts. With many friends and family who suffer from gluten intolerance, we want to provide a stress free night of high quality beer and pizza.
