DaVita Health Tour at the Charlotte Kidney Walk
DaVita is back on the road, offering free health screenings and kidney care education in communities across the U.S., including in the Charlotte community.
Through the nationwide DaVita Health Tour, we hope to increase kidney health awareness and education while bringing free health screenings to as many people as possible. Join us during our stop at the Charlotte Kidney Walk to receive a quick, free health screening to assess common risk factors for kidney disease. The screenings and education provided through the tour help to identify potential kidney disease risk factors, such as diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) and obesity. Each screening is followed by a personal and confidential review of the screening results. No appointment needed and walk-ins are welcome.
