On this Sunday, April 28, at 5:30 p.m. they will take cues from Lowcountry cuisine. FRIED OKRA Buttermilk and corn dusted fried okra. Garlic aioli. GRILLED OYSTERS Tasso ham butter. Chive. SHE CRAB SOUP Fresh crab. Shellfish stock. Touch of cream. Splash of sherry. Oyster crackers. MINI SHRIMP BOIL - Smoked house sausage, shrimp, potato, corn, spices. - Field pea salad with celery, shaved pepper, doenjang vinaigrette. - Carolina red rice.
