So we're bringing ramen night back, this time with a fresh set of starter dishes and a delicious dessert to finish. CHICKEN KARAAGE Crispy fried chicken bites. Japanese curry for dipping. FUTO MAKI Maki roll with local shiitake and carrot, pickled daikon, omelet egg, and avocado. Pickled local ginger. HAMACHI CRUDO Sliced raw hamachi. Winter citrus. Smoked trout roe. Celery leaf.
