Sunday Supper (Apr 12): Champagne & Friends
This week, we're revisiting a light-hearted theme that we somehow haven't run in a while: things that get along with bubbles. We'll have featured sparkling wines by the glass and by the bottle available for purchase, all of which should be fun companions to the dishes below.

Buttermilk brined and fried chicken. Lolo hand-cut fries. Local vegetable pickles.
STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
Puff pastry. Macerated local strawberries with a touch of black pepper. Diplomat cream.
