Easter Brunch at L’Ostrica
The menu is as follows:
WELCOME
Porcini Mushroom Tartlet
Delicate tartlet shell. Savory egg custard with diced porcini. Petite micro greens salad.
ONE
White Asparagus Parfait
Chopped soft-boiled egg with AA white asparagus foam, smoked trout roe, and chive. With toasted bread batons for dipping.
TWO
French Onion Soup
Rich beef stock with melty caramelized onion. Gratinéed house brioche.
THREE
Salade du Marché
Local market greens, radishes, and carrots. Fresh chervil and parsley. Shallot. Dijon mustard vinaigrette.
FOUR
Chicken Ballotine
Traditional French preparation of whole chicken. Juice chicken breast stuffed with house made chanterelle and chicken sausage, then rolled and seared. Served with whipped potatoes, sautéed local spinach, and pan sauce.
FIVE
Desserts for Sharing
Pain au chocolat. Vanilla profiteroles. Pate de fruits.
Tickets are $90 per person. Brunchy cocktails, featured wines, and other beverages will be available for purchase. This will be in place of their weekly Sunday Supper, a casual supper built around a different theme.
