Black Business Pop Up at Tryon Park Hotel
Joining in the celebration of Black History Month, Tryon Park Hotel proudly hosts a special Pop Up event on Tuesday, February 27, from 5 to 7 pm, held in the Library Bar. The event will feature regional black-owned businesses, live entertainment by violinist Te'Quan Coe and light bites. Guests can indulge in an Old Fashioned crafted with Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. For every cocktail sold, $1 will be donated towards providing a full in-state tuition scholarship at all accredited Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Vendors include: Tiya Caniel, Carrie's Floral designs, Rucker Roots, Rook and King, DeJa Bo Tie Designs and Mom Juice.
