🧑🧒5:30pm Parent-Tot (2&3yrs): A fun, caregiver-and-child class designed for our littlest movers! Together, you and your toddler will explore basic gymnastics skills like rolling, jumping, balancing, and climbing—all through playful activities & stations.
🤸🏽♀️6:05pm Gymnastics Foundations (4-8yrs): Our Foundations class introduces and develops fundamental gymnastics skills across vault, bars, beam, and floor in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners.
🤸🏽♀️7:00pm Tumbling Foundations (5yrs & up): Build strong tumbling fundamentals while progressing through proper skill development for cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, and handspring progressions.
