GRIT ready to PULL your weight through 8 rounds of high-intensity kickboxing and upper body movements targeting the muscles responsible for pulling actions: back, biceps and posterior chain. In this class, we'll focus on movements involving contracting muscles to bring resistance or weight toward the body. We'll be pulling the strings while you sweat it out! 45 minutes. 8 rounds. 0 experience necessary.
