As per usual, the class will include an introduction to classic cocktails, tools of the trade, and the basics of bartending. There will be two seatings: the first one is from 6:30-8 p.m. and the second is from 8:30-10 p.m. Guests will work together to make 3 cocktails highlighting spring flavors, talk about the history behind them, and of course drink them. Tickets are $55 per person.
