This four-course, farm-to-table feast highlights locally sourced ingredients from the Carolina Farm Trust, perfectly paired with signature George Dickel cocktails. From crispy pork belly with black truffle vinaigrette to a rich apple and pear strudel topped with bourbon Chantilly, each dish showcases the robust flavors of George Dickel’s finest bourbon in creative cocktails.
