Come hear music from Richard Strauss, Gustav Holst, Julie Giroux, and the timeless music from John Williams’ score to the original Star Wars Trilogy. The concert features music inspired by a subject that has captivated the imaginations of people everywhere throughout history: Outer Space! We will welcome guest conductors Christopher James Lees, Resident Conductor, Charlotte Symphony and Dr. Justin Smith, Director of Music, Queens University. We will also be honored to introduce our 23 Middle School All-Stars from our "Musicians For A Lifetime" Program who will join the 85 member concert ...
