The Improper Backyard BBQ
On Saturday, June 13 from 12-4 p.m., the Plaza Midwood flagship will host The Improper Backyard BBQ, a one-day-only celebration featuring a DJ, outdoor cocktails, raffles, smoked meats, and a patio experience built around flavor and community.
Guests will have the opportunity to purchase “Saucy” Buffet Tickets ($35+tax), which include unlimited tastings across five interactive food stations:
- Chow Bao Slider Station (Pork and Chicken)
- Mac & Cheese Bar
- Live Grill Station (St. Louis-Style Ribs and Chicken Wings)
- Carving Station (Brisket and Andouille Sausage)
- Dessert (Cobbler and Banana Pudding)
