We'll be pairing 4 chocolates with 4 different beers. Pairings Include: • Milk Chocolate Truffle & Pub Ale (English Amber Ale): We tasted a lot of milk chocolates before settling on Callebaut milk chocolate. We find it very smooth, creamy, and has a real good caramel flavor to it that won us over. • Espresso Truffle & Beer TBD: • Peanut Butter Porcupines & Beer TBD: Creamed & sweetened organic peanut butter coated in a tempered TCHO 68% dark chocolate adding little spikes with a fork.
