Join us for a birthday concert to celebrate Teddy Adams with Teddy and his All-Stars. Tickets are free for Savannah Jazz members, but registration is required. Non-members can purchase tickets: $25.
Teddy Adams is a renowned trombonist, who grew up in Savannah and has been inducted into the Savannah Jazz Hall of Fame. He has heavily contributed to both the creation and sustainability of today’s impactful jazz organizations in Savannah such as Savannah Jazz and the Savannah Jazz Orchestra. In 2024, Adams earned Savannah State University’s prestigious Richard R. Wright Award. The award honors corporate and community citizens, alumni and outstanding leaders who have distinguished themselves through their expertise in social, educational and civic arenas.
