one-day-only session, participants will learn the theory behind the operation of the Electoral
College, a timely subject prior to any national election.
Facilitator: Vincent McGuire, Ph.D., has retired as a professor of Politics at the University
of Colorado in Boulder. Dr. McGuire moved to the Charleston area after teaching in
Boulder for more than 25 years.
