Through the help of yoga, it is possible to move through this time with a sense of ease and grace. In this workshop, you will explore yogic techniques, such as postures, breath work, and meditation to help navigate and mitigate menopausal symptoms. Designed specifically for women approaching, or in the midst of menopause, join us and learn how to accept, nourish, and even thrive during this change of life. No prior yoga experience needed.
