Caregiver’s Meditation: Celebrating National Caregivers Month
November is National Caregiver Month. We are all, in some ways, caregivers for each other. But at different times, the nature of our caregiving may become not simply a role, but also our primary focus and even a job description. No matter where we fall along that spectrum of giving care to others, we are all deserving and perhaps in need of a "time-out" just to take care of ourselves. Join us online for the special meditation, to help you find a slice of time for yourself. Open to all levels, no experience necessary.
