Participating retail shops will open at the crack of dawn (7:10 AM) to offer exclusive deals, tiered sales, up to 50 percent discounts, BOGOs, free gifts with purchases, and giveaways. Shoppers can pick up a Sunrise Sale Passport at any participating business, collect stamps, and enter to win the Grand Prize — a package valued at over $500 featuring gift cards, local merchandise, and even a golf cart rental!
