SWFL’s Ultimate Grilled Cheese Showdown Returns April 11 with Food Trucks, Competition & Celebrity Judge
Fort Myers, FL — The 8th Annual SWFL Grilled Cheese Showdown is set to take over Millennial Brewing on Saturday, April 11 from 12PM–8PM, bringing together some of Southwest Florida’s top food trucks and restaurants for a high-energy, flavor-packed competition.
This year’s showdown will feature 8 food trucks battling it out for top honors in grilled cheese creativity, taste, and presentation. Attendees can sample a wide variety of unique grilled cheese creations and cast their votes for the coveted Crowd Favorite award.
Adding to the excitement, the event will feature special guest judge Morgan “The Moose” Wright, 2024 American Ninja Warrior finalist, joining the panel to help crown this year’s champions.
Trophies will be awarded in three categories:
Best Grilled Cheese
Most Creative Grilled Cheese
Crowd Favorite Grilled Cheese
In addition to the competition, guests can enjoy:
A full lineup of food trucks serving their regular menus
Craft beer, cocktails, and specialty drinks
Live DJ entertainment throughout the day
Indoor, air-conditioned seating space (6,300 sq ft)
A high-energy, festival-style atmosphere
