Sam's Fans Pine Island .5K
Get ready to lace up your sneakers and join the fun at the Sam's Fans Pine Island .5K, happening on Sunday, March 17th at the scenic Low Key Tiki! This unique event offers participants a chance to make a big impact with a small effort, all in support of a worthy cause.
The festivities kick off at 11:00 AM with a leisurely stroll along a scenic route, spanning just half a kilometer. Participants of all ages and fitness levels are invited to take part in this light-hearted walk, knowing that every step they take is helping to support seriously ill children and their families.
Following the walk, attendees will return to Low Key Tiki to enjoy a delicious lunch, refreshments from the cash bar, and the lively sounds of a live band starting at 2:00 PM. It's the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and celebrate the power of community coming together for a common cause.
Proceeds from the event will benefit Sam's Fans, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing Music and Art Therapy Programs for seriously ill children and their families. Currently, Sam's Fans is proud to fund two Music Therapists at Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, with the aim of expanding these vital programs with continued support from the community.
