Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is hosting a special Valentine’s Day dinner at its newly-rebranded restaurant, Tanglewood, A Southern Kitchen
The Valentine’s Day meal will be available on Wednesday February, 14 between 5:00 p.m. and 10 p.m. The meal will begin with an amuse bouche of rock shrimp mousse with house bacon jam, followed by a first course of diver scallops served with purple Florida rice grit cake. The third course will feature a palette cleanser of a bellini cocktail with peach granita and brut floater, followed by the entrée serving of “Surf &Turf” with braised short rib and red fish Oscar. The meal will conclude with the signature chocolate strawberry tart. The Tanglewood dinner is $75 per person.
