The romantic prix fixe menu will be offered exclusively on February 14 and includes three courses designed for a memorable evening of dining.
The meal begins with a crawfish cake served with house pork belly jam and green tomato salad followed by an Everglades BBQ peppercorn spiced filet of beef paired with andouille braised broccoli rabe fingerling potatoes and a whole grain mustard demi glace. Dessert features a chocolate covered strawberry mousse filled tart topped with dark chocolate ganache and vanilla bean anglaise.
The Valentine’s Day dinner is priced at $80 per person and includes a glass of sparkling brut. Optional wine pairings will also be available. Reservations are required and can be made through OpenTable.
