Hyatt Regency Coconut Point will host a five-course dinner at Tarpon Bay, available between 5:30 p.m. and 10 p.m. on Christmas Day. The meal begins with an amuse bouche of smoked seabass with a yellow tomato mostarda. The first course will feature a Yukon potato bisque with chorizo, followed by a second course of a winter greens salad with roasted beets, purple haze goat cheese, and a pear balsamic vinaigrette. A filet au poivre with a Maine Lobster risotto and midnight moon cheese will be the third course. The meal will conclude with a dessert serving of traditional sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream.
The Tarpon Bay holiday meal is $70 per person. Tax and gratuity will be added to each ticket. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (239) 390-4211.
