Christmas Day Buffet at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point
The holiday meal will feature a variety of starters including a salad station, charcuterie, and a fresh seafood station with fresh poached cocktail shrimp, crab claws, chilled marinated mussels, maki and nigiri sushi, and a build-your-own poke bowl bar.
Diners can select from a wide variety of entrée dishes including slow-roasted beef rib eye served with challah rolls, a Christmas country ham served with fresh buttermilk biscuits, and a dried fruit stuffed turkey breast served with classic sausage stuffing. Additional options include a cobia from the Gulf topped with chimichurri, a 12-season stuffed tomato with ratatouille, and a pasta station with fresh pesto, seafood, and short rib add-ons.
To complete the dining experience, guests can savor more than a dozen house-made desserts including egg nog panna cotta, warm sticky toffee pudding, a yule log, Christmas cookies, and more.
The Christmas Day meal is $125 for adults, $60 for children 5-12 years old, and kids four and younger dine free. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (239) 390-4290.
