The evening will showcase a curated menu of authentic Italian cuisine expertly paired with exceptional wines on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. The first course of the evening will start the “tour” in Campania, with a chilled seafood salad in calamari steak, which is matched with a 2022 I Pentri, Fiano d'Avellino “L'Amore delle Api. The second course will take guests to Tuscany, featuring a 2017 Molino di Sant’Antimo Brunello di Montalcino, to highlight the luxurious Italian dish Pici Pomodoro with Stracciatella.
The next stop on this Italian cuisine tour will visit Piedmont, where a dry-aged Wagyu ribeye with Chanterelles in Demi-Glace and Creamy Polenta will be accented by the structured and vibrant 2019 Cascina Chicco Barolo “Rocche di Castelletto,” to enhance the earthy and creamy elements of the dish. The fourth course will take guests to Veneto, pairing a 2018 Brigaldara Amarone “Cavolo” with a delectable dark chocolate torta with fig jam.
