ZURAWSKI V TEXAS, named after the 2023 Texas Supreme Court case, follows the harrowing story of three of the women who sued the state of Texas after all being denied access to emergency medical care under the state’s strict abortion ban, forced to carry non-viable pregnancies, and some even pushed to the brink of death.
