Join us as we bring California to Rose Tavern for a 5-course Wine Pairing Dinner on the night of Wednesday, December 14th from 6PM-9PM.

6:00PM - Cocktail hour in Rose Tavern
6:30PM - Taste of California Wine Pairing Dinner Begins
8:30PM - Dinner concludes and all guests are invited to stay for after hours in the Library Bar

COURSE ONE
Octopus Ceviche, Almond Satay, Apricot Variations, Crispy Chickpea.
Paired with Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
COURSE TWO
Cured Trout, Avocado Mousse, Cucumber, Crispy Garlic, Chili Threads, Caviar.
Paired with Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Chardonnay
COURSE THREE
Quinoa Lavash, Potato Confit, Corn Nage, Truffle.
Paired with Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Pinot Noir
COURSE FOUR
Pressed Lamb, Ginger Yogurt, Carrot Textures, Harissa, Fermented Mint.
Paired with Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
COURSE FIVE
Dark Chocolate, Molasses Torte, Cardamom Creme, Black Pepper, Sesame Tuile.
Paired with Robert Mondavi Napa Valley Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon
Tickets are $200 per person (inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees). "Make it an Overnight" ticket option available for $570 (includes 2 tickets to the dinner, 1 guest room for the night of the event, and inclusive of tax, gratuity, and fees). All guests must be 21+.
