    03/10/2023 06:30 PM 03/10/2023 08:30 PM America/Anguilla Wine & Whiskers: A Cat by Cat Fundraiser Cat by Cat Inc., a WNY animal-welfare group, will benefit from “Wine & Whiskers: A Cat by Cat Fundraiser” on Friday, March 10, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. The fundraiser will be hosted by Lock City Books (8 Market St., Lockport). The evening will include live music, a book signing by local author Tommy Williams, live painting with artist TeeJay, food and wine, and adoptable cats and kittens from the Cat by Cat shelter. Admission is $25. Cat by Cat Inc. is a local, all-volunteer organization that works to improve the lives of community cats (unowned cats who live outdoors) through targeted TNVR (trap, neuter, vaccinate, return) projects in both urban and rural settings.
