A Special Evening Discussion with Mary Dillard
This program is presented by the City of Yonkers Commission on Human Rights. The interview/discussion will be led by the Commission’s executive director, Mark Fang. Dillard and Fang will discuss their vision to create a “Museum of Community Action” in Westchester County. A talk about what we learn from history, the part history plays in the formation of identity and culture, the collective conceptualization of events, and the significance of learning and reflecting on the past.
