Spring into Wellness
– As the season shifts, The J House Greenwich invites the community to hit the reset button with its upcoming Spring into Wellness event.
The April 17 demonstration runs from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and it offers a curated selection of holistic treatments and modern clinical therapies designed to rejuvenate the mind and body.
The event features a diverse itinerary of relaxation and recovery, headlined by a 30-minute restorative sound healing and energy work session led by renowned holistic healer Holly Conetta. Attendees can also enjoy specialized samplings of luxury wellness services, including:
• Mini Massages: Provided by the expert therapists from The J House Spa team.
• Red Light Therapy: Professional facial mask sessions powered by Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare technology.
• The DripBar Rye: Discounted Vitamin B shots administered on-site by a registered nurse to boost energy and immunity.
