Planning board to meet
On Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m., the Scarsdale Planning Board will hold a public hearing in village hall, 1001 Post Road, to consider the following applications: for a three-lot subdivision, site plan approval related to disturbance in the adjoining property buffer and for a permit to divert a watercourse to legalize an existing piped watercourse at 46 Lincoln Road and 101 Carthage Road; site plan approval related to disturbance in the adjoining property buffer at 0 Hickory Lane; and site plan approval related to disturbance in the adjoining property buffer at 228 Rock Creek Lane.
