Planning board to meet
A public hearing will be held by the planning board Wednesday, Dec. 20, at 7 p.m. at Scarsdale Village Hall, 1001 Post Road, to consider the application for site plan approval related to disturbance in the adjoining property buffer at 0 Hickory Lane.
Applications held over: for site plan approval related to disturbance in the adjoining property buffer at 228 Rock Creek Lane; for a three-lot subdivision site plan approval related to disturbance in the adjoining property buffer and for a permit to divert a watercourse in order to legalize an existing piped watercourse at 46 Lincoln Road and 101 Carthage Road.
