Sound Bowl Meditation, Reiki, & Restorative Yoga Poses in the EE System
Recharge your batteries in the Energy Enhancement System for a restorative yoga, sound healing, and reiki experience. Sound healing is a passive form of healing that happens by simply hearing & feeling the vibrations and frequencies as they move through you. In this group healing journey, optional hands-on reiki will be offered throughout the entirety of the class. All are welcome!
