Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath, led by Carol Shwidock
Restorative Yoga is about remembered wellness...
a time to let your body, mind and spirit relax more.
Using gentle props and poses, along with breath work, you will feel yourself really land and BE in the present moment.
Carol will be offering a Sound Bath as you snuggle in, plus Reiki and Essential Oils.
AND it all takes place in the healing Quantum Wellness room
which is already primed for relaxation and deep peace!
